Boost Rehab + Fitness sessions are designed using the evidence-based guidance of Frank Klene, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Boost integrates flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening, comprehensive strength training, and balance training, all organized by three progressive levels of intensity – Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Exercise modifications are shown for further personalization.

Members can login to their account 24/7 via computer, tablet or smartphone, where a video library of Boost sessions is published. The MedPro’s portability combined with Boost’s accessibility offers members immeasurable convenience to accomplish their rehabilitative and fitness goals.


For less than $2.50 a day, members receive three new rehabilitation videos each week – that’s 156 unique sessions per year – all methodically crafted and expertly led by Dr. Klene.
