Review: A Personal Trainer’s Take on the JBIT MedPro

I’m a trainer and I have back and hip pain. You’d think I would know what to do to alleviate my pain. After all, I help people all day long with THEIR pain, why can’t I help myself? Oh, it’s the basic excuses: no time, I forget, etc… So, when I met Jennifer and she told me about the JBIT MedPro, I got excited about just going about my day and alleviating my own pain without having to do anything extra.

I used the JBIT MedPro for 2 days in a row, and then 2 days the following week. I could really feel how it helped my posture. I work with people who have really funky posture from sitting all day, and I can really see how the JBIT MedPro can help them. It gently pulls your pelvis into proper orientation, which helped with my lower back and my hamstrings. I have really tight hip flexors and it helped keep those from getting overworked.

I would recommend the JBIT MedPro for people who suffer from lower back pain caused by core weakness and tight hip flexors. It’s a fantastic tool for physical therapists to help reinforce treatment in between visits, because let’s face it, PT patients rarely do their exercises at home.

The JBIT MedPro is a great tool for geriatric clients as well. They can wear it to create better posture, balance, and muscle tone, as well as use the hand bands to work the upper body.

The only thing that I really didn’t like about the device is that your shoes have to have a loop on the back to attach the bands, or you have to wear inserts in your shoes that were uncomfortable for me. Other than that, I think the JFit has a lot of potential to help a lot of people!

Contact Jennifer about trying it out! She is super helpful.
