“I have been given this product as part of a product review through the Chronic Illness Bloggers network. Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this review remain my own and I was in now way influenced by the company. “
Health issues for me started at a very early age. They started off with my eyes, teeth, spine. gallbladder, kidneys. After having my daughter my health issues shifted. All of my previous issues had been either surgic ally managed or corrected with glasses or braces. When I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis the issues centered around chronic pain, depression and fatigue.
As a mom, having one health issue is bad enough, but to have three can make daily challenges seem insurmountable. So, when I had the opportunity to review the Gupta Amygdala Retraining™ I was, as usual skeptical. My primary purpose for reviewing this program was to help my chronic pain and my fatigue.
Ashok Gupta, who suffered from ME/CFS himself before curing himself developed the Gupta Amygdala Retraining™. Following curing himself, he turned his attention to research of the brain specifically the structures. Latest research show that the brain is inherently re-wireable and The Gupta Programme is a way of re-wiring the brain’s responses to bring back health and vitality.
The Gupta Programme™ is a powerful revolutionary new treatment for these illnesses, and hundreds of people around the world have got their lives back using this treatment.
So, lets talk about the primary structure that the Gupta Programme addresses, the Amygdala. The amygdala is an almond-shaped section of nervous tissue located in the temporal (side) lobe of the brain. There are two amygdalae per person normally, with one amygdala on each side of the brain. The amygdala is responsible for the perception of emotions such as anger, fear, and sadness, as well as the controlling of aggression. The amygdala helps to store memories of events and emotions so that an individual may be able to recognize similar events in the future.
This programme is a series of meditations and webinars. All can be done from the comfort of your own home. Like many things labeled “Re-Training” it takes time. This is by no means a quick fix. It will take commitment and patience. Like anything that takes time, commitment and patience the rewards can be amazing..
When I went through this program it was overwhelming. But Ashok Gupta had a way of motivating and inspiring me to keep going. I took things a little at a time. Meditation was my favorite part. The Webinars could be a bit daunting at times. But because I was hyperfocused on reducing my issue with fatigue and chronic pain, I kept at it.
This program is amazing. I had such a great experience and I am enjoying my results. I do feel the need to continue the meditation. I always feel refreshed and ready for my day and all the challenges that come my way.
